What SaveDM does. SaveDM is a private beta. When you send an Instagram post or reel to the SaveDM account by DM, we store the link, any note you typed, and the title Instagram provides (if any), so you can search for it later by DM or on your personal web vault.

What we collect. Your Instagram-scoped user ID, the links and notes you send, and message IDs used to avoid duplicate processing. We do not collect your password, contacts, or content you did not send us. Webhook payload structures (without text or IDs) may be logged to improve the service.

How we use it. Only to save, organize, and return your own items to you. We do not sell data or show ads inside DMs. To classify and summarize items, the note, caption and any screenshot you send are processed by an AI service provider (Anthropic) under a data-processing agreement; that provider does not use your data to train models.

Automated service. SaveDM replies are automated (a bot). Messages are not read by a person unless you send feedback addressed to us.

Your vault link. Your web vault opens through a private link tied to your account. Anyone holding that link can view your vault; send “new link” by DM to invalidate it. Login sessions expire after 30 days.

Retention. Items stay until you delete them. Uploaded export files are discarded right after processing. Unsent reply drafts expire after 24 hours.

Who can see it. Only you, via your Instagram account or a one-time login link sent to you by DM. Data is isolated per user.

Deletion. Send “전체삭제” or “delete all” by DM, or use “전체 삭제” in your web vault. This removes your items, sessions, and unsent drafts. Message IDs (no content) are kept to prevent duplicate processing. You may also revoke SaveDM’s access at any time in Instagram → Settings → Apps and Websites.
